Brian and Mary Evans...Irish artists in Nottingham

The Council House will be the venue for an Irish Arts Exhibition on the eve of St. Patrick's Day in Nottingham Brian and Mary Evans are a well known Nottingham Irish couple, living on the outskirts of Nottingham. Each year they have an exhibition of their work prior and during the Nottingham City St Patrick's Celebrations and this year their exhibition will be in the foyer of the prestigious Council House in the Market Square.

Brian and his wife Mary are associate members of the Nottingham Society of Artists and both work in watercolour oils and pastels.

Their work depicts the changing face of Ireland - its scenery history music and art with an overview of the humour and character of its people.
